This Site provides information about USF's equipment rental fleet and lets you submit quote, contact and booking enquiries. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer to rent specific equipment at a specific price.
Quotes and bookings are not confirmed contracts
Submitting a quote request, contact form or booking request through this Site is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Equipment availability, final pricing, mobilisation timelines and rental terms are confirmed separately by our team, and a rental only becomes binding once we issue a signed quotation or rental agreement and you accept it.
Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep equipment specifications, availability and content on this Site accurate and current, but specifications, images and pricing are subject to change without notice and should be confirmed directly with our team before you rely on them for project planning.
Rental terms
Actual equipment rental — including liability, insurance, operator terms, damage responsibility, cancellation and payment terms — is governed by the separate rental agreement issued at the time of booking confirmation, not by this Site's terms of use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this Site — including submitting false enquiries, attempting to access non-public areas without authorisation, or using the Site in a way that could disrupt or harm its operation.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to USF and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable UAE law, USF is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site or reliance on information published on it, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
