A hydraulic crusher on a PC400 processes slab and column concrete on site, separates rebar and produces a reusable aggregate. That aggregate can be used as backfill, sub-base or piling mat — replacing imported material.
Screening buckets close the loop
A screening bucket then grades the crushed material to the fraction the project needs. On mixed sites, this pair of attachments alone can eliminate 60–80% of outbound haulage.
