Matching breaker to carrier
A breaker undersized for the carrier wastes machine-hours; oversized and it damages the boom. Standard pairings: 1,500 kg tool on PC220, 3,000–4,500 kg tool on PC400 and heavier.
Rock vs concrete
Rock excavation needs a chisel point and higher blow energy; concrete slab and foundation work generally uses a moil or blunt tool. We size the tool to the material — not the other way round.
Auto-lubrication and downtime
Auto-lube systems extend tool life significantly on continuous breaker work. On any deployment over two weeks we default to auto-lubed units.
Compliance in the UAE
Noise-controlled breakers and daytime-only operation are standard on urban Dubai and Abu Dhabi sites. We supply units that meet municipality requirements without a permit variance.
